Working with a group of three other students, we created an immersive planetarium with the intent of creating a space where visitors can escape the busyness of New York City and feel relaxed and lost in an endless void of space.
This installation was supported by NYU's student government and ran at NYU's Tandon School of Engineering as an event for students to enjoy.
Using 3D animation to animate the planets and stars, we used four different projectors to display the animations all around the walls and created ambient music to complete our immersive installation.
Softwares Used: Maya, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro
